Welcome to Wizard TV! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wizard TV IPTV service, including our website, applications, and all content and features offered (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of the Wizard TV Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Wizard TV provides a premium Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service offering live television channels, Video On Demand (VOD) content (movies and series), and other digital media, delivered over the internet. Features may include 4K, UHD, FHD, and HD quality streaming, anti-freeze technology, an Electronic Program Guide (EPG), and dedicated customer support.

3. Account Registration & Security

a. Account Creation: You may be required to register an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

b. Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your Wizard TV account login credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

c. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to or use the Wizard TV Service.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Account Delivery

a. Subscription Plans: Wizard TV offers various subscription plans (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) with varying numbers of allowed simultaneous device connections (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4 devices). The specific features and duration for each plan are detailed on our pricing page and individual product pages.

b. Payment Process: All payments for Wizard TV subscriptions are processed securely through PayPal. Upon selecting a plan, you will receive an invoice via email with instructions for PayPal payment.

c. Account Delivery: Your Wizard TV account credentials and setup instructions will be delivered to your email address within 15 minutes to 6 hours after successful receipt of your PayPal payment.

d. Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription when your current term expires.

e. Pricing Changes: Wizard TV reserves the right to change its subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the effective date of the price change.

5. Usage & Conduct

a. Permitted Use: You agree to use the Wizard TV Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

b. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: * Share your Wizard TV account credentials or subscription with unauthorized third parties beyond the limits of your chosen plan. * Resell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Service or its content. * Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without explicit authorization. * Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purpose. * Attempt to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Service. * Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scripts) to access, collect information from, or otherwise interact with the Service. * Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

c. Device Connections: Your subscription permits a specific number of simultaneous connections. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary suspension or termination of your service.

6. Content Disclaimer

a. Content Availability: Wizard TV strives to provide a vast and diverse content library. However, content availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice due to licensing agreements, technical issues, or other factors. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, movie, or series at any given time.

b. Quality: While Wizard TV aims for the highest quality streaming (4K, UHD, FHD, HD), the actual streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection speed, device capabilities, and other factors.

7. Service Availability & Interruptions

Wizard TV aims for 99.99% uptime and utilizes “Anti-Freeze Technology.” However, the Service may be subject to occasional interruptions, including but not limited to, routine maintenance, network issues, power outages, and circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). We are not liable for any such interruptions.

8. Termination

Wizard TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Wizard TV Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Wizard TV does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wizard TV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
